Meet The Crew- Bill Eagle
- Bill is the owner of Quality Knife and Supply. He has been in the printing industry for over 35 years, starting as a pressman, then moving on to pressroom supervisor, and later plant manager for several large printing operations. Before purchasing Quality Knife and Supply, Bill was a service technician and start-up facilitator for printing businesses nationwide. When he began looking to settle down in Denver over four years ago, he was excited to discover Quality Knife and Supply with its strong services and possibilities for networking and growth. His extensive business and printing experiences are providing a strong foundation for new directions for QKS and made QKS a good company to do business with and to work for.
- Patricia Eagle
- Patricia has become an integral part of QKS operations in the last year. She has helped to assemble a crew of quality employees as well as establish office procedures, initiate warehouse safety standards, and expand the business in different areas. Apart from her responsibilities at QKS, she teaches several graduate level courses and conducts teacher observations in a Colorado Teacher Licensure Program.
- Robert
- Robert has been with QKS for almost two years. An expert woodworker, Robert uses his skills now to implement precision sharpening. Apart from long days at QKS, Robert attends to his three Russian Wolf Hounds, is an avid reader, and enjoys a huge LP record collection.
- Jason
- Jason joined QKS over a year ago. Besides handling deliveries all over Denver, Jason helps keep an eye on inventory and improves overall business with his knack for managing. In addition to his work at QKS, Jason has his own photography business and also runs a project that helps villages in India. He makes yearly trips to these remote villages and puts in a year’s worth of manual labor in three weeks.
- Eric
- Eric has been with QKS for several years now. He delivers in Boulder & north Denver. In addition to driving for QKS, Eric also keeps busy working part-time with UPS and helping his wife, Tanya, run their gift store, "Cheers!".
- Larry
- Larry has been in the sharpening business since he learned to walk. He grew up helping out in his dad’s sharpening shop and now works at QKS expertly handling a variety of sharpening needs. Away from work, Larry has his hands full raising three children and cooking some of the best salsa around.
- Tom
- Tom finally retired from the Denver Water Department after 30 years, then tiring of retirement, came to work for QKS. He handles deliveries in Colorado Springs and parts of Denver, and away from work tries to handle his three-year-old granddaughter.
- Kevin
- Kevin knows how to make a warehouse look good and make our work at QKS more efficient. After years at the Marriott & Home Depot, Kevin was happy to join a family owned business. Besides long hours at work, Kevin enjoys time with his family & nice, long hikes.
- Lillianne
- Lillianne lends her expert office skills to QKS on a regular basis. Employees and customers both enjoy her wry sense of humor. Away from QKS, Lillianne tries to manage her 95 pound Labrador who she says parties whenever she is at work.
